Accreditation & Mandatory Documents
4. Accreditation & Mandatory Documents
Accreditation
According to Vietnam Labor Law & Legislations and in order to employ Vietnamese workers, Employers needs to be accredited to Vina Manpower with the list of mandatory documents which need to be attested at Vietnam embassies/consulates or relevant official authorities closest to their location. Once completed, post your attested documents to us for accreditation at Vietnam Ministry of Labor in Vietnam.
Note: In order to save valuable time for Employers/Partners, Vina Manpower can assist and do attestation the said mandatory documents directly at Vietnam Ministry of Labor in Vietnam right after receiving original documents from Employers/Partners. By doing so, Employers/Partners do not have to spend so much time to go back & forth to Vietnam embassies/consulates or relevant Vietnam authorities in the countries of employment for getting documents to be attested & approval.
